  • 265 g (1 jar) Castello® Marinated Greek Style Cheese in Oil with Garlic and Herbs 265g, reserve 3 tbsp of marinating oil
  • 20 g sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 300 g tortiglioni pasta
  • 85 g prosciutto, cut into strips
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ red chilli, finely chopped
  • zest of ½ of a lemon
  • 5 stalks of fresh thyme, leaves picked
  • 5 stalks of fresh oregano, leaves picked
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. When cooked, drain and add to a bowl with the prosciutto, avocado, chilli, sundried tomatoes and garlic.

2. Add the Castello® Greek Style Cheese Cubes and the marinating oil with herbs and garlic and gently toss together.

3. Top the salad with the lemon zest and fresh herbs. Season with salt and black pepper to your taste.
