Tortellini with Broccoli, Avocado and Castello® Greek Style cheese cubes

Try this quick and easy pasta dish with a crunch from the broccoli and nuts and creaminess from the avocado and Castello® Marinated Greek Style Cubes.
Ingredients

150 g Castello® Marinated Greek Style Cheese in Oil with Garlic and Herbs
500 g tortellini pasta, with spinach & ricotta
2 avocados
250 g broccoli
50 g roasted hazelnuts
Preparation
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions.
Cut the broccoli into florets, and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Peel, pit and dice the avocado. Strain about 2 tablespoons of oil from the Castello® Marinated Greek Style Cubes with Garlic and Herbs jar.
Mix pasta, vegetables and Greek style cubes with the oil. Sprinkle with nuts, then serve.
Serving: Serve the dish warm with fresh pepper and bread.
