1. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions.
2. Cut the broccoli into florets, and boil for 2-3 minutes.
3. Peel, pit and dice the avocado. Strain about 2 tablespoons of oil from the Castello® Marinated Fetta Cubes with Garlic and Herbs jar.
4. Mix pasta, vegetables and fetta cubes with the oil. Sprinkle with nuts, then serve.
Serving: Serve the dish warm with fresh pepper and bread.
