Billy and Jack met on BBC One's MasterChef in 2016, reaching the final three. Although they didn’t win, they became great mates and decided to keep on cooking together. Billy and Jack now host an exclusive monthly Dinner Club, develop recipes and appear at food festivals around the country, all in the pursuit of their true passion, the creation of delicious food. Raised in a small village in France, Manon grew up on a farm where food was celebrated as the focus of family life. By watching her mother and grandmother cook every meal from scratch; from breads to biscuits, and of course, desserts, Manon developed her own love of cooking. Fast forward to 2018, Manon entered The Great British Off and managed to reach the quarter final with her dishes that were inspired by the French heritage she grew up with. Now she allows her cooking to also be influenced by her current life in London and the countless places she has explored around the world.
