John Gregory-Smith began his career by launching a spice brand at the age of 24. His love for food has continued ever since, and he is now a food and travel writer, presenter and chef. John currently lives in London and travels the world to find the ultimate food inspiration to bring to his own kitchen. Manon Lagreve
After being brought up around food on her family’s farm in France, Manon entered the Great British Bake Off in 2018. She reached the quarter final, wowing the judges with dishes that combined her ambitious approach with a hearty serving of French culinary traditions. She has since gone on to establish a successful baking blog. Manon has teamed up with Castello to bring her own brand of imagination to recipes using using Castello cheeses. Inspired by some of her favourite memories of road trips around Tuscany, why not try Manon’s simple yet decadent blue cheese tagliatelle. Kerry Whelpdale
Kerry Whelpdale is a mum of two who is passionate about creating recipes that are as simple as they are tasty. Kerry hopes that through her recipes she is able to show people that cooking delicious meals doesn’t mean using a million ingredients or spending a lot of money. As part of her collaboration with Castello, Kerry has created a range of recipes you can create for the whole family using Castello cheeses. Her recipe for spinach and artichoke quiche is made with Castello Tickler cheddar and is inspired by her holidays to France.
Billy and Jack
After building up a close friendship during their journey to the final of MasterChef in 2016, Billy and Jack took their combined passion for creating delicious food and started a monthly dinner club for other like-minded food lovers – which continues to be a success. As part of their collaboration with Castello, Billy and Jack have taken their passion for developing recipes to the next level, creating some irresistibly cheesy dishes you can try for yourself.
