Raised in a small village in France, Manon grew up in a family where food was the centre of family life. By watching her mother and grandmother cook every meal from scratch; from breads to biscuits, and of course, desserts, Manon developed her own love of cooking and took this passion to the Great British Bake Off in 2018. In partnership with Castello, Manon has taken inspiration from family traditions to create delightful and cheesy recipes.
