Mango-orange smoothie

Fresh mango smoothie with orange, Skyr and rolled oats. Quick, easy and delicious for breakfast or as a snack.

ingredients

  • 175 g frozen mangoes
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml skyr 0.2%
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 4 ice cubes

Garnish

  • mango in wedges
  • orange in half slices

preparation

Place the mango, juice, Skyr, rolled oats and icing sugar in a blender and whizz at the highest speed for approx. 45 seconds. Fill 2 cold glasses with ice cubes and pour the mango smoothie over. Garnish with mango and orange.
