
Lentil and cheese burgers

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked lentils (I boiled 2 cups red lentils in 4 cups water for 25 minutes)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp ground fresh coriander
- 1 tsp ground ground cumin
- 1½ tsp paprika
- ½ cups grated Castello® Havarti dill
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 1¼ tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Preparation1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl till well incorporated.
3. Coat a pan with olive oil and let heat up over a medium flame.
4. Form lentil-cheese mixture into burgers.
5. Cook on each side for 4 minutes -flipping gently.
6. Transfer to a foil lined baking tray and bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Sauce:7. Mix all the ingredients together and serve with warm Lentil & Cheese Burgers.
