Sweet cheese board

  • Castello® Crumbled blue
  • Castello® Havarti creamy
  • Castello® Double crème white
  • ½ cup dried sour cherries
  • ½ cup dried figs
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 bars dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 1 pack honeycomb
  • 1 jar apricot marmalade
  • raspberries
  • 1 pack chocolate truffles
  • 1 pack pizzelles
  • 1 pack shortbread biscuits



1. Place Castello® cheeses on a serving tray. Slice or crumble, as pictured.

2. Add dried cherries, dried figs, pomegranate seeds and roughly chopped dark chocolate.

3. Break honeycomb and add to tray. Fill serving bowls with apricot and raspberry jam.

4. Serve alongside pizzelles, shortbread cookies, chocolate truffles and chopped dark chocolate.
