Blue Cheese Dip with Root Vegetables

Always being a great wingman – our blue cheese dip recipe will offer delicious support to almost everything. Celery stalks, carrot sticks, bread, crackers and of course chicken wings are bound to perform much better with the backup of this creamy and intense Traditional Danish Blue Cheese Dip. Give it a try!

Salty Cheesy


  • 2 g parsnip
  • 2 beetroots
  • 125 g Castello® Traditional Danish Blue
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 10 tsp mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper


1. Slice the root vegetables thinly, sprinkle with oil and salt and bake at 170°c for 30-40 minutes

2. Mix Traditional Danish Blue cheese, crème fraiche and mayonnaise

3. Season with salt and pepper
