Blue Cheese Power Bowl

  • 150 g Castello® Creamy Blue
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 pear, diced
  • 10 dried dates
  • 50 g red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 200 g grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp good quality rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp elderflower vinegar or apple vinegar


1. Remove the cheese from the fridge about half an hour before serving.

2. Cut the cheese lengthwise in two halves. Place in two bowls.

3. Add the pear and cabbage to the two bowls together with the dates and grilled chicken.

4. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with rapeseed oil and the elderflower vinegar. Enjoy!
