Buffalo Hot Wings with Blue Cheese Dip

Got the troops coming over to watch the game? Don’t just wing it – whip up a batch of our Buffalo Wings with Castello Mellow Black sauce. Everyone’s a winner.
Ingredients
600 g chicken wings
oil for deep frying
100 ml barbeque sauce
hot sauce, to taste
2 spring onions
3 tbsp creme fraiche
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp honey
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Crumble the Castello® Mellow Black into a bowl and add the mayonnaise and crème fraiche. Combine well and add the honey, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the chicken wings by either deep frying (175°C) for 4-5 minutes or in a hot oven (200°C) for about 10-14 minutes.
Place the warm wings in a bowl and add the barbeque sauce and a touch of hot sauce for an extra kick. Combine well so the wings are evenly coated in the glaze.
Top with slices of fresh spring onion. Serve with the Castello® Mellow Black dip and barbeque sauce.
