1. Crumble the Castello® Traditional Danish Blue into a bowl and add the mayonnaise and crème fraiche. Combine well and add the honey, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cook the chicken wings by either deep frying (175°C) for 4-5 minutes or in a hot oven (200°C) for about 10-14 minutes.
3. Place the warm wings in a bowl and add the barbeque sauce and a touch of hot sauce for an extra kick. Combine well so the wings are evenly coated in the glaze.
4. Top with slices of fresh spring onion. Serve with the Castello® Traditional Danish Blue dip and barbeque sauce.
