Double Cream Brie with hummus and prosciutto

Ingredients

16 slices of prosciutto (or similar)
300 g readybought hummus
180 g borettane onions (small flat onions in Balsamico marinade)

Accessories:

pre-bought bruschetta bread
fresh fresh basil

Preparation

Preparation

Take the cheese out of the refrigerator about ½ hour before serving.

Serve with prosciutto, hummus, borretane onions, bruschetta and fresh basil.
