Three Cheese Cheeseboard with Blueberries & Figs

A perfect cheeseboard in no time at all! A wide assortment of pairings and snacks cross paths with a carefully picked selection of some of our most versatile cheeses to create an experience of excitingly multifaceted flavours and textures. Fruity cream cheese ring, nutty havarti and a lightly sharp blue cheese. A beautifully indulging variety!

Cheesy Sour

ingredients

  • 150 g Castello® Creamy Blue
  • 125 g Castello® Tropical Fruit & Almond Cream Cheese
  • 165 g Castello® Aged Havarti or another semi-hard Castello cheese
  • 50 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • fresh blueberries
  • fresh figs
  • assorted crackers to serve

preparation

1. Remove the Castello® Creamy Blue and Castello® Aged Havarti cheeses (or another semi-hard Castello cheese of your choice) from the refrigerator approximately 1 hour before serving.

2. Later on, remove the Castello® Tropical Fruit & Almond Cream Cheese from the refrigerator approximately 15 minutes before serving.

3. Take some blueberries and place them in a small bowl.

4. Slice the figs and place on a small serving plate.

5. Place walnuts in a bowl and drizzle with some honey syrup.

6. Arrange all three cheeses on your choice of board, together with some crackers and enjoy! You can mix and match cheeses with pairings to find your favourite combination.
