Cheeseboard with Blueberries & Figs

Salty Sour


  • 150 g Castello® Creamy Blue
  • 125 g Castello® Tropical Fruit & Almond Cream Cheese
  • 165 g Castello® Aged Havarti
  • 50 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • fresh blueberries
  • fresh figs
  • crackers, to serve


1. Remove the Castello® Creamy Blue and Castello® Aged Havarti from the refrigerator approximately 1 hour before serving.

2. Remove the Castello® Tropical Fruit & Almond Cream Cheese from the refrigerator approximately 5 minutes before serving.

3. Place the blueberries in a small bowl.

4. Slice the figs and place on a small serving plate or bowl.

5. Place walnuts in a bowl and drizzle with some syrup.

6. Arrange all items on a large platter and serve!

Serve the cheeseboard with crackers on the side.
