Double Cream Brie power bowl

Born out of a refreshing combination of fresh greens and smooth cheese – our recipe for a soft white cheese power bowl has cabbage salad and soft white cheese headlining its list of ingredients. Easy-going and crammed with flavour, it is an enticing event on its own or paired with savoury accessories. Dig in!

Cheesy Sweet Cream


  • ½ cucumber
  • Castello® Double Cream Brie
  • 180 g edamame beans, podded
  • 50 g walnuts
  • ½ cabbage
  • 200 g haydari
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • grounded black pepper

On the side:

  • crispbread with chia seeds


1. Remove the Castello® Double Cream Brie from the fridge about half an hour before serving.

2. Cut the cheese longitudinally in two halves.

3. Slice the cucumber in thin slices and chop the cabbage.

4. Place Creamy White, edamame beans, walnuts and haydari in two bowls. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, grounded black pepper and serve.
