A glimpse of spring with a feel of summer – our recipe for soft white cheese spring salad traces its delicate flavours back to clear skies and gentle winds. A side of hummus acts as a natural sweetener while wedges of soft white cheese adds depth to a bed of fresh greens in a soothing effort that slowly coats your palate.
Ingredients
- 1 Castello® Double cream brie
- 150 g spring cabbages
- 150 g hummus
- 1 handful toasted almonds
Preparation
Preparation1. Chop fresh spring cabbage, and place in a bowl with hummus on the side.
2. Top with lightly toasted almonds to add a delicious crunch.
3. Serve with Castello® Double Cream Brie.
