  • 1 Castello® Double Cream Brie
  • 150 g spring cabbage
  • 150 g hummus
  • 1 handful toasted almonds


1. Chop fresh spring cabbage, and place in a bowl with hummus on the side.

2. Top with lightly toasted almonds to add a delicious crunch.

3. Serve with Castello® Double Cream Brie.
