Mint pesto

  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves
  • 50 g almonds
  • 4 tbsp raw cane sugar

Serve with

  • a warm baguettes


1. Clean the strawberries and cut some of them in half. Slice the Castello® Double Cream Brie into small pieces.

2. In a food processor blend the mint, almonds and sugar to a fine consistency.

3. Arrange the strawberries and Castello® Double Cream Brie on a serving plate. Sprinkle with mint pesto and serve with a warm baguette on the side.
