Granola with coconut

Ingredients

175 g rolled oats (not quick-cooking)
60 g wholemeal flour
25 g roughly chopped almonds
5 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp flaxseed
½ dl water
2 tsp cane sugar
1 tbsp cold-pressed rapeseed oil
125 g small pieces dried dates, e.g. sun-dried; raisins or apricots – or a mix of everything

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients except the dried fruit, in a baking tin (approx. 22 x 30 cm).

Toast the granola in the middle of the oven for approx. 30 min. at 175°C – stirring occasionally.

Remove the granola from the oven and leave to cool slightly.

Add the dried fruit and season to taste.
