1. Grill the chicken breasts on the barbecue or in a fry pan for 5-7 minutes on each side. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Take off the heat and allow to cool before slicing into 1cm pieces.
2. Warm the flatbread in the microwave or oven. If using the oven, wrap in alfoil first and place in the oven at 180°C for 5 - 10 minutes only.
3. Place the hummus in a small serving dish.
4. On a large platter arrange the Castello® Creamy Havarti, grilled chicken slices, flatbread, hummus, radish slices, cucumber ribbons, olives and baby spinach leaves. A deliciously simple dinner made in minutes!
