  • 4 pancakes (ready-made)
  • 2 packs Castello® Double Cream Brie
  • 80 g mixed fresh berries, such as raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries
  • 4 tbsp preserved cherries, such as amarena cherries
  • sweet sparkling wine


1. Heat the pancakes in the oven and cut out small hearts.

2. Cut the cheese into small serving pieces and arrange on a plate with the heart-shaped pancakes.

3. Sprinkle with fresh berries and pickled cherries and serve with sparkling wine.
