Sweet and juicy pears, crisp and bitter radicchio, soft and intense blue cheese, crunchy and sweet hazelnuts, sweet and sour balsamic glaze and aromatic chervil. This simple salad has it all.
1. Pick the radicchio apart, rinse and halve the largest leaves.
2. Add to a plate and top with pear slices, hazelnuts, crumbled Castello® Traditional Danish Blue cheese, balsamic glaze, fresh parsley.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
