Lightly seasoned with mild spices, these cornflakes turn yoghurt, milk or Skyr into dessert-like treats by adding new dimensions to a tried and tested classic. Diced apples add zest to finish.

Ingredients

Spiced cornflakes

2 g cornflakes
4 green cardamom pods
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
4 dl yogurt, organic, 0.5%
1 red apple in cubes

Preparation

Spiced cornflakes

Combine the corn flakes with the crushed cardamom and cinnamon.

Pour some natural yoghurt or Skyr in two bowls and sprinkle with the spiced cornflakes and apple.

Serve immediately.

The spiced cornflakes can be prepared ahead of time and stored in an air-tight container.
