ingredients
- 400 g of Castello® Creamy blue
- 40 g dried dates
- 1 pear
- 90 g of walnuts
- fresh thyme for garnish
preparation
Preparation1. Remove the stones from the dates and stuff with Castello® Creamy Blue.
2. Cut one pear into thin slices and put a slice in each of the dates.
3. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over a moderate heat until lightly brown.
4. Garnish the dates with walnuts and fresh thyme and serve.
