1. Mix the minced meat with the parsley, dijon mustard and some tabasco sauce.
2. Fry the burgers on a pan or grill and then place a Castello® Burger Blue slice on top of each.
3. Spread some mayonnaise on the the lower part of each burger bun before you place the meat on them.
4. Top with some onion marmelade or chutney. Serve with fries and some salad if you like.
