- 150 g Castello® Creamy white Cheese
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 cups fresh fresh mint leaves
- 50 g almonds
- 4 tbsp raw cane sugar
- a warm baguettes
Preparation
Preparation1. Clean the strawberries and cut some of them in half. Cut the cheese into small wedges.
Mint Pesto2. Blend the mint, almonds and sugar finely.
Serving3. Arrange the strawberries and cheese on a plate. Sprinkle with mint pesto and serve with a warm baguette.
