Chocolate Hazelnut Filled Brie With Roasted Raspberries

1 pack Castello® Brie Cheese, sliced through the middle horizontally
200 g raspberries
3 tbsp sugar
½ cups hazelnuts spread
¼ cups hazelnuts, toasted

Preheat oven to broil.
Place raspberries on a parchment covered sheet pan; sprinkle with sugar and place in oven.
Broil until sugar melts and rawspberries soften – approximately 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC).
Place Brie wheel in an oven-proof baking dish.
Spread hazelnut spread onto the bottom half of the Brie Cheese wheel; spread right to the edges.
Top with remaining half. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven; top with roasted raspberries and hazelnuts.
