ingredients

  • 100 g Castello® Castello® Aged Gouda
  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1 handful herbs (any kind you like)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 50 ml oil
  • salt

preparation

1. Shuck the corn, taking care to remove all the silks. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Pop in the corn and boil for 7 min. Remove from the water and allow to drip dry.

2. Heat up a barbecue or grill pan nice and hot.

3. Combine the herbs, garlic, oil and a little salt and pepper. Brush the corn with the herb oil until completely covered then place them on the grill. Make sure to turn the corn over regularly and brush with more of the herb oil.
