Creamy Goat open sandwich

Summoning all shades of sweet and savoury – our Creamy Goat open sandwich recipe does away with excess, focusing only on simple ingredients with big flavour. A layer of tapenade, a bouquet of fresh lettuce and slices of prosciutto are topped with soft white goat cheese in this blend of savoury flavours.

  • 2 slices of bread, for example sourdough bread
  • 1 pack of Castello® White with goats' milk
  • 2 tbsp olive tapenade
  • 20 g frisée lettuce salad, cleaned
  • 4 slices of parma ham
  • 8 blackberries
  • 2 tbsp honeydewed walnuts



1. Take the cheese out of the refrigerator approx. One ½ hour before serving. Cut the cheese into smaller pieces.

2. Grease the bread with olive tapenade and put the lettuce salad on the bread, along with the parma ham and blackberries.

3. Drip with honey-rolled walnuts and serve.
