Fresh Salad with Cream Cheese Cubes

2 portioner


  • 1 Castello® Castello® tomato & basil cream cheese ring
  • 2 handful of mixed salads leaves (eg. rocket, baby spinach)
  • 12 slices good italian salamis
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 200 g mixed cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 - 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • nasturtium leaves and flowers for decoration (optional)


1. Mix the salad leaves together and arrange them in a serving dish.

2. Add the tomatoes, olives and slices of folded salami.

3. Cut Castello Tomato & Basil Cream Cheese into slices and arrange them on top of your salad.

4. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

5. You can also decorate the salad with nasturtium or other edible flowers. Peppery cress is also an option.

6. Serve the salad with some crusty bread enjoy the deliciously fresh and tomatoey flavour sensations!
