Garlic crostini with cheese and vinaigrette

ingredients

Vinaigrette:

  • 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2 slices of round loaf
  • 1 garlic clove, split
  • 50 g Castello® Castello® Aged Havarti, cut into thin slices
  • 25 g prosciutto, thin slices
  • arugula washed and dried

preparation

1. Whisk oil, vinegar and mustard together with salt and pepper until smooth.

2. Toast the bread and rub with garlic.

3. Lay a few thin slices of Aged Havarti on the warm bread and sprinkle with vinaigrette. Serve with prosciutto and arugula
