Garlic crostini with cheese and vinaigrette

Vinaigrette:

  • 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • freshly ground pepper

 

  • 2 slices of round loaf
  • 1 clove garlic, split
  • 50 g Castello Aged Gouda, cut into thin slices
  • 25 g prosciutto, thin slices
  • arugula washed and dried
Garlic crostini with cheese and vinaigrette

Preparation

Vinaigrette: 
Whisk oil, vinegar and mustard together with salt and pepper until smooth.

Toast the bread and rub with garlic. Lay a few thin slices of cheese on the warm bread and sprinkle with vinaigrette. Serve with prosciutto and arugula
