ingredients
Vinaigrette:- 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp dijon mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 slices of round white farmhouse loaves
- 1 garlic clove, split
- 50 g Castello® Aged havarti, cut into thin slices
- 25 g prosciutto, thin slices
- rocket washed and dried
preparation
Preparation Vinaigrette:1. Whisk oil, vinegar and mustard together with salt and pepper until smooth.
2. Toast the bread and rub with garlic.
3. Lay a few thin slices of Aged Havarti on the warm bread and sprinkle with vinaigrette. Serve with prosciutto and arugula
