Green chimichurri

This sauce might steal all the attention - our recipe for Green chimichurri will make you want to grill everything. The delicious South American sauce is everything your steak is pining for. Parsley, garlic, mint, oregano, shallots, chilli and vinegar soaking in rich olive oil. It’s a thing of beautiful flavours.

Herby (Fresh) Vegetable


  • 10 sprigs parsley
  • 3 sprigs mint
  • 2 sprigs oregano
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml pale vinegar, preferably sherry vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • ½ red chili
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 shallot


1. Blend all ingredients in an electric hand blender

2. Serve with crunchy bread, or also goes excellently on a salad or pizza

tips & tricks

Use the herb sprigs in their entirety as there is just as much flavour in the stalks as in the leaves.
