Grilled asparagus with Aged Havarti

  • 75 g Castello® Aged Havarti
  • 200 g green asparagus
  • dl cold pressed olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter
  • rye bread


1. Clean and crack the asparagus and grill them in a pan for about 5-7 min.

2. Grate the Castello Aged Havarti and sprinkle on the asparagus.

3. Serve on a toasted slice of bread with butter.

4. Season with salt and pepper.
