200 g of pumpkins (cut and hollowed)
Savory marinade
cayenne pepper
salt
oil
Sweet marinade
cinnamon
fresh ginger
honey
oil
preparation
1. Clean the pumpkin and cut it into small cubes (keep the skin on)
2. Add the pumpkin cubes into an ovenproof dish and add the marinade ingredients
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°
4. Serve on a stick with Castello Havarti cheese cut into cubes
