Spice up your cheese with delicious homemade crackers!

  • 400 g of wheat flour
  • 2 dl water
  • A pinch of salt
  • Oil

With this incredibly easy recipe for basic cracker dough you can impress your guests with beautiful and crisp crackers with the toppings you love – the crackers can be decorated and seasoned in endless combinations!

1. All ingredients are kneaded well together (machine is recommended).

2. Gather the dough in a bowl and let it rise on the kitchen counter for 30-60 minutes.
3. Roll the dough out thinly and cut out some crackers (use cutters or a glas)
4. Brush each biscuit with Oil and bake at 200 ° for about 15 minutes. (Keep an eye on the crackers so they don’t turn dark)

You can either put some seasoning in the batter or sprinkle it on the crackers before baking. This time I made 4 variations - Poppy seeds, Sea Salt, Black Pepper and Paprika. The combinations are endless and you can easily match the flavors to fit the cheeses on your cheese board.
