Honeyed nuts with apricots

Tease your cheese - our recipe for Honeyed nuts with apricots is a great way to enhance the flavours and textures of your cheese board. Ingredients
25 g dried apricots
300 ml nuts, such as walnuts, almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts
100 ml water
100 ml honey
Preparation
Prepared
Cook the nuts, apricots and honey in a saucepan over low heat until the honey turns a light golden-brown.
Add the water and give it a good stir.
Leave to cool before serving
