PINCHOS WITH CHEDDAR AND HAM

Easy does it – our recipe for Pinchos with Extra Matured Cheddar Cheese and ham pairs simple ingredi-ents with big flavours. It is a feast of nuance and rich textures as toasted baguettes serve to support a garnish of Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese, serrano, herbs and fresh tomatoes. The flavours are full-bodied and sharp, perfect as appetisers, snacks or tapas.

6 slices of baguettes
1 garlic clove
1 tomato (sliced)
3 slices of serrano ham
oregano
olive oil
salt
pepper

Preparation
Fry the bread slices in a little oil, then rub with garlic.
Add slices of tomato and Castello Extra Mature Cheddar cheese on top of bread.
Bake the pinchos in the oven at 225 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Add slices of ham on each serving.
Garnish with herbs, salt and pepper and serve.
