Roll out the puff pastry onto a baking sheet.
Spread crème fraiche evenly over the sheet and place the potatoes on top.
Sprinkle the Castello® Cheese Bake over the entire sheet and arrange asparagus on top.
Bake the tart in the oven for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C, or until it turns golden brown and crispy.
Serving
Garnish the tart with lemon zest, freshly ground black pepper and a sprinkle of sea salt.
