  • 200 g raspberries
  • 1 - 2 organic limes
  • 4 cl rum
  • 1½ tbsp sugar


1. Mix the raspberries with sugar and let them sit for 15 minutes.

2. Bring the mixture to boil and simmer for about 7-10 minutes without a lid.

3. Season with both juice and peel of the lime and rum.

4. Boil the alcohol away.

5. Pour the mixture in scalded jars and close the lid.
