  • 150 g minced bacon
  • 4 slices of good sourdough bread
  • 300 g mushrooms of your choice
  • 20 g butter
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 125 g Castello® Garlic Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and place bacon on a baking sheet.

2. Cook bacon in the oven until it is crispy.
