1. Mix the mayonnaise, chili sauce and dried chili for the dressing.
2. Slice the avocado and fry the chicken breasts - top east breast with a Mature Cheddar Slice.
3. Spread some dressing on the lower half of each burger bun and add some spinach before you put on the chicken, avocado and bacon.
4. Serve with roasted potatoes if you like.
