Blue Cheese Dip with Root Vegetables
Always being a great wingman – our blue cheese dip recipe will offer delicious support to almost everything. Celery stalks, carrot sticks, bread, crackers and of course chicken wings are bound to perform much better with the backup of this creamy and intense Traditional Danish Blue Cheese Dip. 2 g parsnips
2 beetroots
4 tbsp sour cream
10 tsp mayonnaise
salt
pepper

Slice the root vegetables thinly, sprinkle with oil and salt and bake at 170°c for 30-40 minutes
Mix Traditional Danish Blue cheese, crème fraiche and mayonnaise
Season with salt and pepper
