Double Cream Brie Crostini- ½ baguettes, sliced
- 1 Castello® Double cream brie
- 2 tsp olive tapenade
- bunch chives
- ½ brown baguettes
- 1 Castello® Creamy blue
- 2 tsp hot mango chutney
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Preparation1. Spread soft Castello® Double Cream Brie on slices of baguette and top with olive tapenade and a sprinkling of chives.
2. Spread slices of brown bread with Castello® Creamy Blue and hot mango chutney. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds
