  • ½ baguette, sliced
  • 1 Castello® Double Cream Brie
  • 2 tsp olive tapenade
  • bunch chives

Creamy Blue Crostini

  • ½ brown baguette
  • 1 Castello® Creamy Blue
  • 2 tsp hot mango chutney
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds


1. Spread soft Castello® Double Cream Brie on slices of baguette and top with olive tapenade and a sprinkling of chives.
