Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 150 g Castello® Double cream brie
- 2 cups fresh fresh mint leaves
- 50 g almonds
- 4 tbsp raw cane sugar
- a warm baguettes
Preparation
Preparation1. Clean the strawberries and cut some of them in half. Slice the Castello® Double Cream Brie into small pieces.
Mint Pesto2. In a food processor blend the mint, almonds and sugar to a fine consistency.
Serving3. Arrange the strawberries and Castello® Double Cream Brie on a serving plate. Sprinkle with mint pesto and serve with a warm baguette on the side.
