500 g strawberries
Mint pesto
2 cups fresh fresh mint leaves
50 g almonds
4 tbsp raw cane sugar

Clean the strawberries and cut some of them in half. Slice the Castello® Double Cream Brie into small pieces.
Mint Pesto
In a food processor blend the mint, almonds and sugar to a fine consistency.
Serving
Arrange the strawberries and Castello® Double Cream Brie on a serving plate. Sprinkle with mint pesto and serve with a warm baguette on the side.
