Blue Cheese burger with onion marmelade

This recipe for a dreamy Blue Cheese Burger includes slightly-sweet onion marmalade, rich blue cheese, and a suttle bit from a dash of mustard and hot sauce. Enjoy the vivid flavours and delightful contrasts!

800 g beef mince
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp dijon mustard
½ tabasco sauce
4 burger buns
mayonnaise
onion marmalade (or chutney)

Mix the minced meat with the parsley, dijon mustard and some tabasco sauce.
Fry the burgers on a pan or grill and then place a Castello® Burger Blue slice on top of each.
Spread some mayonnaise on the the lower part of each burger bun before you place the meat on them.
Top with some onion marmelade or chutney. Serve with fries and some salad if you like.
