Three-cheese dip

Sweet Cream Buttery


  • 50 g of Castello® Aged Havarti or other hard cheese
  • 50 g of Castello® Danablu
  • 100 g of soft cheese, such as salad cheese in block or cream cheese
  • whipping cream 38%
  • 1 tsp snaps


1. Allow the cheeses to come to room temperature. Cut the hard cheese into small pieces.

2. Add all ingredients in a food processor and run for about 15 sec. until they are roughly mixed.

3. Pour the cheese dip in a scalded cold glass with lid and store in the refrigerator.

tips & tricks

Serve the cheese dip with crackers, toasted rye bread, dates and fresh fruit. It can also be used as a spread in sandwich. The dip can be made with many different kinds of cheeses.
