Fusilli Pasta Bake with Castello® Creamy Blue Cheese

  • 300 g Castello® Creamy blue
  • 400 g fusilli or any other pasta of your choice
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp green pesto
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Cook the pasta according to instructions on the package and drain the water.

3. Bring the tomatoes to a boil with garlic and olive oil. Let it simmer for 10 minutes before seasoning with salt and pepper.

4. Combine pasta with the pesto, season to your liking and place everything into a baking dish.

5. Pour the tomato sauce over the pasta and mix it well.

6. Cut the Castello® Creamy Blue cheese into small slices and arrange then in a layer on top of the pasta.

7. Bake everything in the oven for 10-20 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.

8. Serve up a satisfyingly rich flavour experience. Delicately sharp notes in a wonderful creamy texture.
