NORDIC OPEN SANDWICH WITH CREAM CHEESE
Ingredients
4 slices dark rye bread
150g - 170 g sliced Norwegian smoked salmon
2 - 4 radishes thinly sliced
4 - 6 slices of grapefruits
fresh chives to decorate
Preparation
Toast the rye bread for some crunch.
Spread a generous amount of Castello Chives & Spring Onion Cream Cheese on each slice.
Add smoked salmon, radishes and grapefruit. Sprinkle with some chopped chives.
